Hi Pat,
The processing date allows you to filter the WIPCOST records according to their transaction date [F:MWI]TXNDAT. This should not be confused with CREDAT date value.

Pam
Thanks Pam. A follow up question, at month end, if we are running WIP Posting for example today's date is 4/3 but we want the Posting to be in 3/31/23. Does entering "To closing date" to be 3/31/23 create the journal with an accounting date of 3/31?
Hi Pat,
It goes to the Automatic journal for the accounting date. For the WIP auto journal, it is [F:MWI]TXNDAT
Hi Pam. Is there anyway to change the [F:MWI]TXNDAT to the Create Date when the WIPCOST record gets created? The transaction type = 17 (Adjustment). So when they Cost the work order they want the [F:MWI]TXNDAT to be the [F:MWI]CREDAT instead of the date the produced good was originally received in.
