As per title.

Server Type: Single-tier, X3 v12p32 for demo use

vCPU: 4, Intel Xeon Silver tier

Memory provided: 16 GB, 8 GB locked to SQL Server.

SEED folder details (using defaults).

User list: Assume 10 at peak.

When doing:

sales Quote > Proforma

sales Order > b2b

sales Order > delivery (hit this error)

Nobody in the server except the person training up from the Sage university documents.

I cannot reproduce the error and I would rather not have surprise mechanics.

Question:

[1] how much maxmem should I add

[2] what would be the theoretical maximum before considering raising the server resources?

[3] I also notice a lack of information about maxheap. What does this do?
