The Sage X3 documentation for EDI can be found in the Online Help Center, How to tab, Distribution box, from the drop down select EDI Use the Electron Data Interchange.

For specific error messages, try searching in the Sage knowledgebase

Try contacting your local Support team who can put partners/customers in touch with Center of Excellence for additional personalized assistance. This would most likely be a billable engagement.

If you are using a 3rd party software for EDI, they would assist with the installation and integration..
