If this is an urgent issue, I would strongly suggest contacting your local support team. They can dial in with you and review the issue.  In the meantime, look at customizations in the screen and tables and check if is this a language issue (does the description exist in other languages?)

Description 3 is in the same language as the product. (English).

Description 2 stays empty most of the time(Arabic)
