Fixed Assets License

Question

Hi all, 
 We made a copy of Production folder to a Test folder that is sat on a different server. 
 However, the copy increased the number of assets number and reached to the licensed number, appearing now the message 
 "The number of fixed assets allowed by your license has been exceeded, extension of this license is to allow the use of the software, please contact your supplier." We deleted one of the old folders that was in the server but the error remains so it seems that the number has not decreased. 
 Has someone experienced this issue before?

Fixed assets licence is based on number of assets for ALL the folders in a given solution. If you add a folder to an existing solution, or refresh data with a folder containing more assets, then you have more assets than before and can eventually reach the maximum number you've purchased.

Hi VaniaCardoso , there is a knowledgebase article that discusses this issue. It is KBID # 108139 and it pretty much says that you need to open a support ticket with your local support group. Here is the link HERE
