How to send email with PDF attachment using one button

Hello everyone !

I'm still new with programming on sage, I want to make a button that will send purchase order PDF email to my supplier but only accessible after 'POHSIG' workflow rules completed, does anyone know the best way to approach this.

any help would be really appreciated, thank you

Basically you need to print the PO in background and then execute a workflow that sends that file attached to an email.

Thank you for your reply, for this method do I need to create code for the print process or can I use workflow to do that ?
