Process UUMGTRTTRS01 is not a pre-migration utility. 

These processes are launched using Sequence monitor Automatically after folder validation is done .

Thanks for  the help Esfahani, but we faced the same error again on PU11 system during the running of post migration utility(refer the below screenshot).

Any inputs will be much appreciated.

Please open a case with support for this to be looked at. 

We would need to see the version you are coming from and patch, and take a look at AMIGKEY table.

i had this error during migration from PU9 to V12.
In summary it was:

In the X3-folder in the table AMIGKEY a row with the information about the X3 version is missing.

This information is required when executing the pre-scripts for migration. If this information is missing, the error message mentioned above (AMIGKEY) is displayed when executing the script UUMGPREX3.

You have to add it first via Script Editor. Then you have to add a value with the missing info about the version in the DB via SSMS.

Please find attached here my notes, translated to english on the fly now. Maybe that helps in any way.
Also please keep in mind, no no guarantee for your case. I had PU9 and you have V11.

Sorry, i was wrong and haven't seen the detail. You have V7 as source, not V11 as i wrote.
