Query Tool to export data from different tables in excel format

Hi,

I am using query tool to look at the data in ITMMASTER, ITMSALES,ITMBPS and ITMBPC tables using EXCEL sheet. Below is the screen shot of the fields that I want to use to get the data.

But I keep receiving this error when I try to validate.

Could someone help me understand the Query tool and How to make it work please.

    I agreed with Pam - sounds like an issue with the linking (as these tables do not automatically link).  You may have better luck using Crystal reports or one of the other query tools (so you can link the tables the way you want to with left outer joins).  In my testing of this - X3 made the ITMBPC the "master" table.  In reality it should be ITMMASTER
