With the release of 2022 R4 (12.0.32), the following transitions in support lifecycle status take effect:
- Release cadence changes from a quarterly to a bi-annual cadence for Sage X3 Version 12. This means a new Release of Sage X3 Version 12 every 6 months, instead of the current quarterly release. The first release for 2023 will take place in April (R1), with the second release available in October (R2). This means moving forward we will have a Spring and Fall/Autumn release.
- Maintenance extended on Version 11 for a further 12 months until April 1st 2024.
Customers with valid support plans can still raise new cases with Sage X3 Support team for those products in “End of Maintenance” phase and receive access to existing patches, knowledgebase, online help, as well as, support to help identify issues or problems raised. You may consider migrating to the latest version of Sage X3 in order to receive the benefits and additional support this latest version provides. Note that Sage X3 Versions PU9 and earlier are already in “end of maintenance” phase.
