Edit/Change Task Menu Bar

I'm in a CPA office and it would be VERY helpful if I was able to edit the task bar.

Example:  We use Miscellaneous a lot.  However I would like to add what we do most:

Tax Projection 3rd Quarter

Tax Projection 2nd Quarter , etc etc. etc. 

There are so many on drop down menu that do NOT apply to our office.

  • Hi . The Task list is editable. Only be careful about removing things on the list. If they were used on a slip, the slip travels with Task. Ex:, if you Close the Task, the Slip gets Closed as well.

    But you should absolutely add what you need/want. Probably the easiest way is when you are keying a new slip, just RIGHT-click on the Task field and choose New. You will then get a pop up dialog where you can create a new Task.

    Let us know if you have any trouble with it.

    Oops, sorry . Just realized that you are posting in the eCenter area. You are correct that you may not be able to do it in eCenter, but if you add them in your main Timeslips, then the next time you sync with eCenter, those new Tasks will be uploaded to online and you will be able to use them.
