Security - It would be a good feature to allow timekeepers to view slips of other timekeepers but not allow them to enter or change slips for other timekeepers.

In some firms, management would like Timekeepers to be able to see the time entries of other timekeepers on shared cases, but they do not want them to be able to add entries for other timekeepers or to edit existing entries.  Currently, we cannot make that distinction.
