I noticed that under Security Rights, you can only restrict the creation, editing, & deletion of a "Reference" in the "Client" section. The restriction option is not listed in the slips section. Since Sage Timeslips allows for a "Reference" to be created, edited, or deleted from both the client & slips sections this creates a security problem. Even if you restrict a Timekeeper from being able to create, edit, or delete a "Reference" in the client section, they can still create, edit, or delete a "Reference" in the "Slips Section", so the security feature does really work to restrict all access to create, edit, or delete a "Reference". It would be helpful if it allowed you to restrict it in all areas/sections.
