Bill emailing on Outlook 64 bit

Downgrading Outlook to 32-bit then prevents other software from working - in our case Our AT&T VOIP scheduling system.  So make Outlook 64-bit work!  Alternately make the email system a PREFERENCE so that you could specify using Mozilla Thunderbird.  That way I could leave the Outlook 64-bit on my computer and utilize Thunderbird to send my emailed bills until the 64-bit Outlook problem is resolved.
