Can you provide more details on the error? Also what version of Timeslips. 

We are currently using Timslips 2011.

There are 2 attorneys in the office and 1 assistant, and I am the 1 assistant.

We haven't had any issues with the program and want to continue to use the version we currently have.

I am unable to upload error message but I included what it contained in my last email.

The main error message say

Directory in use by earlier version of Paradox.(13314) and then it continues on with

Area:  Database

Code:  4

Address:  Exception tBDEDatabaseExceptionC in module Timeslip.exe at 009553AC.

often this is stuck lock files (Pdoxusrs.lck, pdoxusrs.net, paradox.lck) on the workstation or server. Deleting those may fix the issue.

I was able to find the file and delete it and the program is working.

I now have the same issue.have deleteted the suggested 3 files nd all temp files with no change inthe error. Also, have uninstalled and reinstalled TimeSlips with the SR2 update. Same error is produced

This is one user, no network. Getting desparate

Error 4 is often a permissions issue. One test is to right click on the program icon and choose Run as administrator.
