How come payments on a file do not show up in AR? The balance is reduced in billing assistant and billing history shows several bills being paid, but the payments are not in the ar list. The date filter is from 9/1/2000 till 3/1/2025. It was "earliest date" or something.
What is the story here? I cant look to see when a client paid a bill. Luckily I kept a spreadsheet of all the checks I get in the office.
