Yes, it takes a while to build the report details that follow the installation code.

Not sure if you saw this post, but we have 2011 software. We upgraded to 2017 in 2017 by web download, if I recall. Are we unable to move it over because of that?
Well, you will need the v2017 download. Did you save it when you originally downloaded it? Sage does not provide downloads of unsupported versions. If not, send me an email and we'll get you sorted out.
