System Error Class EIdConnectTimeout v. 28.0.0.41 and Code 2 Access Violation Error (EAccessViolation at address 009D28F5 in Timeslip.exe). Using Teamviewer for Remote Access!

I have had no trouble logging in (remotely on my laptop) through Teamviewer, except when the server local inexplicably goes down in the office where the desktop is located.  Problem resolves itself when the server is reset.  

Recently, I have been able to log in but unable to perform such tasks as billing, running client and billing reports and especially, downloading slips from the eCenter.  Is there an issue with Teamviewer or the TS eCenter that is causing this problem?  I think Teamviewer also updated its software recently but I am also having trouble with other programs on the desktop, such as Outlook.

Is anyone else having these issues? Can anyone in tech support give suggestions?  MAJOR problem.

    The TeamViewer issue was resolved by them quite a few versions ago.  They had problems with many programs and removed that functionality.

    The error detail doesn't tell us enough to be able to help.  The initial wording is what we need, after the "Firebird Database Engine has encountered an error."  The next line of text is critical to resolution.

    If you are using Timeslips 2020 (28.0.0.41) and not Premium, you will need help from a certified consultant.  Sage supports Timeslips Premium now, and you would want to install the latest update (30.0.3.71) to it if you are subscribed to it.
