New Clients not showing up in Billing Assistant

Hello,I have an older version of Sage Time-slips. Recently, I have had a problem. After I enter a new client in the "Client Info" field, the client is not showing in the "Billing Assistant List View" so I can not add time and expenses. I suspect that somehow Timeslips is not linked to my Outlook contacts hence the problem.Any suggestions?

    Hi . What version of Timeslips are you running?

    It is not necessary to enter time entries via the Billing Assistant List View, so let's see if you can enter them someother way. I suspect that you have a filter on that list that is asking for less than all of your clients.

    Can you enter a new slip via the topmost menus only?

    I don't think this has anything to do with Outlook.
