Reinstall of Timeslips 2010

I had to uninstall and then reinstall Timeslips 10 by the CD due to an error message that some data may be corrupted. This is the first issue I had since 2010. Now after a successful reinstall, although I never started to do the billing after the reinstall, a new error message has appeared and locked me out :"There are not enough licenses to allow use of the program a this time." I am a single user so this message is inaccurate and preventing me from using the program. What can I do? I do not want to upgrade because my license is permanent so I do not need to pay the annual fee. I only use the program to do billing once a month. The 2010 version has worked perfecting all these years until the possible corrupt data message.

  • Hi Andrew and Caren.

I find myself in a similar situation. A long time client, a single atty, within a year of retiring was experiencing computer issues.  I successfully migrated all of his practice over to a new PC to get him through 2023 except one application - Timeslips 10.1

I have ID, SN, config disks, and his backups.

I need a solution for my client so he can proceed with winding down his practice without incurring additional expenses.

The new PC is a Win11, i5 machine.

Suggestions on how best to proceed?
