TSAdmin scrolling issues?

We have a client running TS Premium and are having trouble clearing individual licenses because the TSAdmin keeps forcing the selection to the user at the bottom of the window.  This happens when using either the mouse or the arrow keys to select a user.  We can get lucky and select the user very quickly and clear the license, but more often we will end up clearing the bottom user's license instead.

Has anyone else seen this behavior from TSAdmin (version: 2021 build 29.0.3.96)

Thanks,

Andy

But also, if you have Premium, the lastest release is: 30.0.1.54 - dated August 24, 2021.

, was discussing this with some colleagues last night on our monthly Zoom call and can now confirm that some sites do have this problem, but not all sites. Still not sure what is causing it, but one piece of advice was to open the window as large as you can (drag the corners) to try and get the list to display without the need to scroll.

This will be difficult with really numerous users, but see if you can get it to display all the licenses without scrolling.

Alternatively, if you can get everyone logged out, then just Clear ALL licenses. Workstations will reacquire a license silently upon first login. They will never know it is happening.

    Hope this helps.
