Problem occurs when trying to create a new client. 

Data Repair shows no errors.  

Timeslips 2020 Perpetual Build 28.0.0.41. 

I found a couple of references on Dr Google about security access but according to their IT person client has full rights to all Timeslips and Firebird folders on the server and her workstation.  I thought it might be related to Outlook link but link is disabled and client does not use it anyway.

Additional information - Even though Data Verification shows no errors, Firebird says "database file appears corrupt (file name.fdb) wrong page type page 10819 is of wrong type (expected 7, found 5)
