CSV TS importing or other Service - Ask along

Hi All,

I have been using TimeSlips CSV importing for years now.  I have have some knowledge of various functions in TS if you need help or need a person to do importing/export time and expense entries via TS import (CSV file) just le me know.  

Also:

Reporting, matter creation, set ups or preferences, rate increases, ebilling, rejections, etc.

  • I need to figure out how to import Expenses. How do I get the field names from the Client and Expense Entry tab? I have experience working with csv files in the past but I don't see how I can obtain the fields I need to map...

    Basically you can do a report and send out the list of clients and expenses. There's not a way to make the excel files automatically pull from Timeslips. When you do an import you can match if the names are not correct.

    Do you already have the CSV file with the expenses in it?  You then use TSImport to bring the entries in.  

    It's difficult to explain in an online bulletin board, but very doable. I've designed lots of import templates for my clients over the years. Usually worth doing if you have any sort of volume.
