For one client, I do all Absolute Flat Fees. Quarterly, we run a collection report to see the allocation of those flat fees by attorney. In advance of this, I always ‘finalize’ the flat fee -  and my report comes out accurate. 

This month, when I compare the collection report to my payment register - it seems that for some reason, the collection report is doubling all the flat fees, and giving double allocation credit to each attorney.  In the past, I would occasionally have 1 or 2 payments that would show double allocation (inexplicably) - but this month it is every single payment.  

Has anyone run into this? I cannot for the life of me figure out what is wrong, and I consider myself semi timeslips savvy normally.
