Timekeeper Report

We are currently using Time Slips 2020 and I need a report per timekeeper that shows:

the timekeeper (per timekeeper)

Maybe like a YTD for the timeframe

time billed (ALL, not just billed or WIP)

hours billed (again for ALL, not just billed or WIP)

amounts billed (for ALL)

    So,.....

    1) Sorted and subtotalled by Timekeeper, cool

    2) Year to Date, cool.

    3) Time Billed.  Do you mean actually billed or just entered.  If Billed, do you mean billed YTD (even if entered earlier than this year) or just entered and billed this year?

    4) Hours Billed.  Again, what EXACTLY do you mean by billed, because it matters, a LOT.

    5) Amounts, okay, do you want that at the recorded value or billed value (after flat fees and adjustments).

Not to pick on @MaryAnn_Eggleston, but everyone thinks their report should be "easy" and they often are. But folks also often play fast and loose with terminology that can lead to a vastly different report in Timeslips. So I am asking so that we get her exactly what she wants.

You might want to start with the Slip Summary Report.

    3) Time Billed.  Do you mean actually billed or just entered. I meant actually “entered”. Is it safe to “assume” that by “billed” you mean that an invoice has actually been created and sent?  If Billed, do you mean billed YTD (even if entered earlier than this year) or just entered and billed this year? Actually this year to date (01/01/2020 thru 07/31/2020) is what I meant, if needed I could also print one for each year then.

    4) Hours Billed.  Again, what EXACTLY do you mean by billed, because it matters, a LOT. Again, I meant actually entered. In reading this email I’m feeling even worse because isn’t hours & time the same thing? Maybe separated monthly with monthly subtotals.

    5) Amounts, okay, do you want that at the recorded value or billed value (after flat fees and adjustments). After flat fees & adjustments, please.

You might want to start with the Slip Summary Report. I will check this one out.
