Anyone exported billing data from RTG to go to Timeslips? 

I know it must be sent to a CSV but what are the actions taken in RTG to produce the CSV? I downloaded their trial version to do research for a client who has RTG and it is not friendly.

What all can i hope to pull from that progam

Also what steps can be taken to protect the data before export; and reports to run to cross-reference the final result?
