Error when generating PDF bills.

SOLVED

When generating Bill's in Timeslips and printing to a PDF, I have a normal group that I normally tend to select from. When generating the PDF I get an error state "Sage Timeslips has encountered an error" .... "Phase: Running Billing calculations". Now when I process this individual alone the PDF generates just fine without spawning this prompt and when generating the rest of the group alone the same result but when combining this user with the others I normally select as a group the PDF still generates but with this error spawning. Anyone ever experiences this issue before when generating PDF's? Oh and also even when selecting one user from the "Client Selection" list it seems that it always shows an extra 8 users or so being selected even though I only have one box checked?

Also does anyone else get a repetitive prompt from TimeCapture asking to upgrade its an internal database, It seems I get this prompt repetitively regardless of how I answer this question.

Thank you for any guidance!

Sounds like there is some wrong with one client in this run. It could be the matter or it could be the layout.
you don’t say what version of time Subit I would run database verification with only look for errors. Then decide how to proceed based on what is shown

I just ran a batch of bills and got the error message.
Then I ran the bills again, removing two clients at the end of the list (Vio and Wiz).  It worked perfectly.
I needed to make one small edit on one of the bills.  Then I ran the batch again, with the exact same list of clients selected, and the same procedure, and got the error message.  I did not change any of the settings between the two runs.
Then I removed one more from the bottom of the list (Sove), and it worked perfectly, using the same procedure as the prior attempt.
However, I noticed that the formatting on one of the bills was off, so I assigned a different bill layout to that client and re-ran the bills with no other changes in the settings ... and got the error.
Then I ran the exact same set with no changes, except instead of selecting "Print to PDF," I selected "Print to Printer" and then selected "Adobe PDF" from the print dialogue...............................and it worked!!!!????
    The pattern has become inconsistent.

I still think data verification - look for errors - is the best course of action. If you are running 2017 or newer this is in Timeslips Administrator. If older version then it is in the file menu.

Caren, I'll complete that and post the results here. Thanks again! Does Timeslip's have a fresh download link (For my version) I can use with my license if I feel a reinstall is eventually needed?

Hi Caren, Thank you for chiming in sir. I got these results. Do you recommend running it again asking it to correct the errors sir? Any risk of impact?

"Ah, yesss! I forgot about database verification.  Good!!!!  That was nice of that guy.
Hmmmm....well, that's weird.  I click on "Help/How To" and it triggered the error!
Anywayz, I ran the verification and the report is below.  Should I run it again and tell it to correct errors?"

    What version of Timeslips?

    SUGGESTED

Make a new backup.  The attempt to repair the errors found. I would fix the counter table and the client table. If then no errors found see if bill run works properly
