Seem to get his error a lot when working within Slip Templates, trying to delete them etc.
When we try to convert the database with these slip templates:

Database failed to convert.
So does that mean at slip template 4271? there seems to be an error out of the 6200 that need to be converted? That's what it looks like to me.
Now to find slip 4271
