Aged A/R Balances by attorney

I have a new client on Timeslips 2017. After they do their billing, they like to see an Aged AR Balances report, for one of the attorneys. The report was already saved in the system, but it hasn't come out quite right since I've been there.

If I run the report by the entire firm, it works fine and is about 8 pages. For just the one attorney, it should be about 3.

If I select him as "Client Assigned" attorney, I get 14 clients

If I select him as "Client Attorney", I get 2 clients

If I select him as "Client Controller" I get 5 pages

No combination of including or excluding seems to get me to the report he had from September of 3 pages. There are only 2 attorneys but I am getting the feeling that over the years the assigned attorney box was not always checked.

I touched base with the last person who did this, and I am suspecting that they had selected the clients to show up on the report and that I inadvertently removed that filter when I started working on this. They could not confirm my theory though, they only said they were not very good at TS, and to be honest, it's been a long time since I've worked with it.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise I am going to spend some time editing the clients on the "good" report to have the correct attorney assigned to them.

Thanks so much
