New workstation in the office, have a license for it (1 available showing in TSAdmin on other workstations), but when I run Setup from Locinst from the server it adds folders in C:\program files (x86)\timeslips and C:\program files (x86)\Timeslips Firebird Server but doesn't install timeslips.exe or create the shortcut on the desktop.

   - main.fdb

   - a bunch of files here

   - empty
TSSchBkpService.ini

I've done full uninstalls (including cleaning the registry as instructed in the knowledge base article) and rebooted a plethora of times... no luck. 

Workstation: Windows 10, Version 1803 64 bit.

Anybody?
