Users of Timeslips 2018, 2019 and updated versions of Premium should not use the external Data Transfer Utility (DTU) provided by Sage Timeslips.  The email that is sent when purchasing provides incorrect information and should be ignored in that specific regard.

The functionality of the DTU is now included as an internal utility and does not require an additional download.  Using the DTU can cause unknown results in the data transfer.

Knowledgebase article 77808 can be used to correct an installation of the DTU that was done in error.
