HELP! Timeslips Errors

SUGGESTED
Posted By FormerMember

I am trying to support a client running Timeslips 2006 (I know, I know), and he is received error messages when opening the program: "your database has an error in an index file. This is not dangerous to your data and can be easily corrected"...and so on.  I attempt to do a backup, and it will not seem to allow it...it starts the backup process, and then gets all the way to what appears to be the end, and gets hung up every time at "WIP.YG0".  I threw caution to the wind and tried running data verification, but the problem persists.  Data verification tells me "the Paradox table appears corrupted", "Index version does not match table version", "Secondary Index ByMasterClientID is out of date", "Secondary Index ByBillStage is out of date".  Once I exit out of these windows, I can never get to a place where it will let me get past the main popup window to select from the file menu.  Is there any guidance anyone can provide here?  I am stuck and frustrated.

You need to have the data repaired.  Since this is an unsupported version, Sage will not help you with it.  However there is a network of Certified Consultants who will/can do this for your for a fee.  Contact one of us directly for more information.
