Does your v2019 have the Electronic Billing Add On? What format does your client want you to use?

Yes, you can probably do some of the settings via export, but some of it will probably need to be individualized.

This is too complex a project to be done via a free bulletin board. I would advise you to contact a Certified Consultant on this one. As you likely need to get this done quickly to make sure your cash flow is not interrupted due to delayed implementation. Since your v2019 is unsupported by Sage, a Certified Consultant would be your next best bet. 

If you can tell us where you are located, we can suggest a local person if one is available in your area. But also all of us also do consultations remotely via telephone and remote desktop connection.

As Nancy mentioned, there are some ebiling fields that are consistent and can be updated. However, the matter information probably has to be setup on each individual matter. Once setup ebiling is not difficult but getting it setup right at the beginning can be complex, especially if you have not done it before.

You will also need to make sure you have the correct UTBS codes setup in Timeslips.
