Billing History

SUGGESTED

I would like to have a full billing history for clients and be able to look at  all of the images. I have one in particular that will only retain about 2 months worth of invoices.  Since there are multiple invoices issued daily I can't go back to a specific invoice to see the details of the bill when the invoice images are no longer available.   Is there a global or client setting to keep them available?

is correct as to first checking the number of images the program is keeping per client, and that the setting only applies today forward.

I would just like to add that IF you really need the complete billing images, you also might be able to get some more of the older ones from backups. If you have older backups, you could try restoring them to see if they have older images you can reprint. Do not overwrite your current program, but the backup in a new location.  I like to name it SANDBOX and restore into there so I can go explore it and leave my real database alone. Once done exploring, don't forget to switch back to the real database.

It is a bit of work, but if that is the only copy of the bills that you have, it may be worth it to you.
