Sage Timeslips link to Global Contact Folder?

Hi Everyone,

i am setting Sage Timeslips Outlook Link. I create Contact folder and share it on public folder and grant permission for 2 users can access.

But when i set up link and it always alert "Contact is not Global Contact Folder" and just only one user can connect to Contact folder. When one more user open Sage it always show "Can not made a connection to outlook contact folder".

Please help me how to solve this issue?

Based on what I know of Microsoft Outlook, and my research on Microsoft's support website, the only Global Address Book that Outlook recognizes is one utilized in a Microsoft Exchange server environment. There is no functionality to create an address book (aka Contact Folder) and place it in a shared location for multiple Outlook users to make use of.
