Getting Message - Pervasive Error - Call Support

Sage was working just fine on Friday, May 5, 2017, however when I tried to go into Sage Saturday morning I could not open it.  When I double click on the icon on my computer I get a message for an expired account activation key.  However, I activated my account on April 18th.

I then attempt to activate my account, connect to servers and then get a message that says "Pervasive Error - Call Support"

I’ve tried to call support, but as this is a student version there is no support.

Someone did walk me through the task manager and run set up, but this did not work.

I would be grateful for any advice.
