Hi, I am a new student and purchased sage 50 accounting 2015 with cd.

I installed it and registered it and got email from you with a key code and serial #.

Now I have several problems.

1. Serial # : A-9 student version should be "242P1U2-100008". but I got an email and my serial # is 242p1U2-100003.

2. when I activated it, ( I keyed exact info I had), I got an error message. (it says the information you have entered is invalid)

3. another error message:

@ERROR@ error Tag:[simply Tag herf=j+URLRegStudentJ+"i" is an unexpected token The expected token is "" or ". Line 1 position 17@...

I can't type exactly but kind of this message on the activation pop up screen.

So I cannot activate it now.

4. I tried to uninstall it  but my computer doesn't even show the program( yes. I install it !!)

I wonder if you could help me to solve this problem... so I can start to study...I tried to figure it out so many days...
