Sage exchange

I am on chapter 13 , I have downloaded sage exchange and it say it is running in the background . It say there is an update and I try to update it but it won’t . I fill out the sales order but when I hit process credit card , nothing happens . Need help getting sage exchange practice to work so I can finish this chapter . Tia

    Hi Gladys, which version year of Sage 50 CA Student Version are you using? 

    In 2017, Sage Payments parted ways with parent Sage Group. Sage Payments / Sage Exchange is now Paya.

    Here's their current website for support Point right www.sageexchange.com/.../ however, it doesn't look like they offer assistance for the legacy integration with Sage 50 CA.

    Although you are not a merchant, you could probably still try calling 800-261-0240 or emailing Point right [email protected].
