activation code for Sage 2018 Canadian Education

I downloaded the Sage 2018 Cdn Education and received an email from Sage with a serial number and key code.  Then I had problems and I couldn't open the software so uninstalled and re-installed.  Had no problem reinstalling the software and it seemed like everything was okay, but when I went into the data file to open it asked me for my Keycode, serial number and company name. I put the information in and it said it expired.  I went in and registered again in hopes of getting another key code, etc but all it did was send me an email saying thank you for registering Sage Business Cloud Accounting Education Version. Can you help me I need another key code in order to work with the program? My course starts on Tues Jan 18 please help..

    Thanks for reaching out. Please see your email for steps to take when your Student Version install of Sage 50 CA expires early. This was likely due to the reinstall done. Remnants of the original install would have stayed on the machine causing the activation block. Please see your email (used the one tied to your Sage City profile) to forward steps from [email protected].
