Student version has expired.

Hi,

I was trying to use the sage, and my laptop updated, and when I was trying to open the sage 50, it says that the student version has expired. I already registered for 14 months, so I click the activate now, and it is asking for the account id. Can you please help me out how to figure things out? Thank you.

    Hi ,

    What happens when you select to open a sample company? It could be that the data files are not formatted to the student version which is why it's asking for codes for a Full / regular version of the software.

    Regular data files cannot be opened with the student version. If you're sure they are student formatted files, then you'll maybe even want to contact your teacher and the publisher of your textbook for alternate files. If you're sure the files are correct then support is available at 1-888-522-2722.

    Students may receive support for installation issues only. Complimentary technical support is not included with the Sage 50 student version, students are advised to contact their instructor for assistance. Lastly, be sure to email [email protected].

    Also Note that Saturday January 16th, 2021 callback timeslots are also available. Book by visiting the Year End Center for Sage 50 CA here  then click the top right section with text "Questions? Saturday support appointments..." and select your timetrade appointment on the following screen here. Hope this helps!
