Sage 50 2019 Student version issues

I am a teacher whose student is having issues activating Sage.  It keeps asking for an ID number.  I know Sage was having issues so they provided generic codes, and those worked, but now this is popping up. 

Anyone encounter this?

    Thank you for reaching out, apologies for the delay. Hopefully you were able to get in touch with the install team. 

    Please note that: 

    • The Student version has no Account ID, so if you encounter a field requiring this number during product activation then you've installed the regular version instead of the student version. You’ll need to run the clean-up tool then reinstall the product. Be sure to input the serial number emailed to you when asked during the install. More instructions for this are at the link: Getting started with the student version of Sage 50 CA
    • Note: Enter your name as the company name 

     

    • The below images highlight what you should / should not see.
