Thanks for your question. Sounds like Sage 50 student version is installed and you've launched a database file that is asking for a username and password. 

Please note that the publisher of each textbook has a different set of files, so you will need to contact the publisher of the book you are using and or your instructor for assistance with getting into the database as our support team can only assist with install issues.
