Hey did you figure something out for this? Seems like it's launching the Sage 50 installer file. Generally the Database files for sample student companies that you will work with are not part of the main install. If you've already installed Sage 50 try going to C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Simply Accounting\2017\Samdata\Version*\Universl this is the sample company location, the 2017 folder could hold other database content potentially. If not, then you'll need to review the instructions in your book, usually there's a reference for file location and or contact your teacher. Perhaps they have teachers resources and are distributing the database files elsewhere.
