Quarterly Wage and Tax File
In Abra Suite Electronic Media Reporting we can use "Quarterly Tax and Wage File" for all of our 4 states we process payroll for (IL MI MO IN).
The problem we have is the Abra process uses the enterprise setup for the company information in creating the file..
We are 5 separate companies that process payroll in 4 states. Pulling the enterprise information means we have to change the enterprise information 4 or possibly 5 times to create the file with the correct company information.
This and the W2 file creation need to be changed to pull or an option to pull the company information from the company level not the enterprise level.
I understand the logic of being one company processing in multiple states but we are 5 separate reporting entities and this has and continues to be a problem.
