The new Canadian Employees menus added to Reporting and Setup in Q2 2020 are not available in Customize Menu or in Security Groups.
The Country setting in Enterprise must be turned to Both instead of Canada in order to see the original Employee menu to access Custom Reports menus.
It would be less confusing for the users if we could then restrict what they see on the original Employee menu to just the Custom Reports to best utilize the intent of the new Canadian Employees menu.
Ideally there should be an option to move the Custom Reports menus to the new Canadian Employees reports menu.
