Alert when employee hours didn't get paid because their payroll status was terminated before last paycheck ran

Sometimes, we terminated employee record too early by mistake.  Their hours were transferred to TimeCard but didn't get paid.  Is there a HRMS report to alert us when run the first payroll calculation?  We can only catch it after payroll has finished - when deleting old timecards, and if we delete too fast we may also miss it.

  • There is a field in the timecard header called PROCESSED. It will have a "1" in it on timecards that have been calculated, or a "0" if not calculated. Your business partner can assist you with some sort of report (Crystal or SSMS), or you might be able to use the Alerts module.
