Catch up 401k provision

Add a place in the Common Deduction limits to look at a specific year, and if the employee was born in that year or before, allow a different employee maximum. This would eliminate having to have separate deduction/benefit codes for employees with the 401k catch up provision (over age 50). Add the same thing in Suite as well as HRMS.

  • I guess it would depend on how this would work.  An employee has to choose whether or not they want to have a catch-up contribution, so it could not be automatic.  Our catch-up contributions are not matched, so I have to set up a separate deduction just for the catch-up contribution.
