I would like to suggest having an option to Email Employees their Direct Deposit Advices instead of Printing or having to PDF, then email. If it could recognize the Email Address field from the Demographics per employee and also having an option to Password protect it would be even better! There is an Email Password field under the HR Status/User Defined section, not sure if this can incorporate into the Emailing of direct deposit advices. Having the option to Email these would simplify my job! Thank you for your consideration!
