Hi,

We are using HRMS/ESS 2016 stand alone integrated with Sage 300 v2014 US Payroll v72A. We are using printboss for check printing from UP72A and are using a crystal spec that does include PTO balance. So just to be clear, our issue is not printing the PTO balance on the check stub, it is having this balance show up in ESS.

As far as I can tell, this ESS check view is a direct read from the HRMS b-tales. However, other business partners have lead us to believe that the ESS checks are printed as a .pdf saved to the shared data folder and that this .pdf check could be replaced with another .pdf check from Printboss that does show the PTO balance. 

Any suggestions for having the ESS check view show PTO balance?
