We have an attendance plan that employees can qualify for each year.  If they make a "Fair Share" contribution to the United Way, then they are awarded an extra day of vacation that we call the "Untied Way Day".  We will have a spreadsheet listing each employee that qualifies for this day.  What is the best way to import this information into the system?  The plan will be in effect from 01/01 -  12/31 of the current year.

Each year employees can qualify for this day.  So Employee A may have had the day for 2013, now they need it "renewed" for 2014.    And, some employees may be qualifying for it for the first time.
