ESS Approving Life Event - Plans selected are not shown, Elections in Plan column

Question

When approving a Life Event the Plans selected are not listed, instead the Elections selected by the employee are shown in the Plan column.

I searched the Sage Knowledgebase and did not see an article relating to this. I would suggest reaching out to Sage HRMS support. When you get a resolution, please post the resolution/cause.
